At Areej Al Arab (owned and operated by Al Tasheer Mena Company), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide you with high-quality products and smooth service. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible products in accordance with the policy below.
- How can I return an item?
If you received:
- A defective or damaged item,
- An item different from what you ordered, or
- A product that does not meet your expectations (as per our eligibility rules),
please contact our customer service team within the specified return period to initiate the return process:

Once your request is confirmed, our courier partner will be scheduled to collect the item from your location.
- Return Notice Period
- You must notify us of your return request within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be:
- Unused,
- In its original condition,
- With all labels intact, and
- In the original packaging (undamaged).
❌ Please note that makeup, skincare, and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, in compliance with Saudi health and hygiene regulations.
- Refunds
We provide refunds in the following cases:
- If the product arrives damaged during shipping, or
- If the product received is different from what was ordered.
You may choose between two refund methods:
Method: Original Payment Method
- Refunds will be issued back to the same payment method used at purchase.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the same card.
- Tabby/Tamara: Refunded via the respective service.
- Refund processing time: 10–14 working days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
⚠ Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will arrange a replacement for you at no extra cost (for eligible cases).
- The courier will collect the original item within 2 working days of your request.
- Processing Time
- Once the item is collected and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
- Refund vouchers are typically issued within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.
- Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping by contacting us immediately at:

⚠ If you refuse to receive your order or fail to respond to the courier, your account may be restricted from using Cash on Delivery (COD) for future purchases.
- Quality Check for Fragrances
If you face issues related to the fragrance quality or longevity, the product may be returned to us for inspection.
- If a quality issue is confirmed, we will issue a refund or exchange.
- If no issue is detected, the item will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.
